Sarawak Laksa

THE BEGINNING OF MAKAN TALKS JOURNEY, lets start with one of the food that I know the most, Sarawak Laksa! Well, it is different from Penang Laksa or whatever laksa from other state. It is unique! The thing or key that makes it different from others is the CURRY SOUP!


Sarawak Laksa is served with a lime and sambal as you can add them in to add the "hotness" and taste of sour. Look at those prawns and eggs on the laksa. Yum yum~ Be sure to taste the Sarawak Laksa yourself if you have the chance to visit Sarawak!
